Rosewater Coconut Limeade

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup organic food grade rose petals

  • 32oz purified water

  • 1/2 cup fresh organic lime juice

  • 20oz organic coconut water

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add the roses to a 32oz mason jar, or something similar, and fill it with purified water.

  2. Give it a good shake and let it set out at room temperature for 4-5 hours.

  3. Once the water is pink and the petals are pale, strain the water and discard the rose petals.

  4. Add the coconut water, lime juice and coconut sugar to the rosewater, stir well to blend, slightly cool and enjoy mindfully.
