Ingredients

  • Fresh Ginger

  • Himalayan Salt

  • Fresh lime juice


DIRECTIONS

  • Thinly slice the fresh ginger (I love this tool that I got from Bed, Bath and Beyond).

  • Sprinkle a little pink salt.

  • Squeeze a few drops of lime juice over the slices.

  • Eat one piece, just one (you will want more) - 20 minutes before your meal.
